Officer sign-in help
Treasurer, General Secretary, and Chairperson accounts are privileged. Self-service email reset is intentionally disabled (NIST / OWASP / MITRE guidance for high-privilege recovery).
1. Ask a peer officer (preferred)
Contact another officer who can still sign in. They open Account → Officer access recovery, select your role, confirm your email, and type ISSUE RESET. A one-time link is emailed only to your registered sign-in address. They never see the link or choose your password.
2. After you receive the email
Open the link only on nboogcollective.com. Set a new password of at least 12 characters. Ignore unexpected messages and tell the other officers.
3. All officers locked out
Use the break-glass SQL procedure with two custodians present (scripts/update-admin-credentials.sql). Never share passwords in chat or commit them to git.
Members use Forgot password with member number and verified contact email.
