Allowed use
Use the portal to view your membership information, make authorised requests, respond to guarantor invitations, and (for officers) perform duties assigned to your role.
Prohibited use
- Sharing credentials or impersonating another member or officer
- Attempting to access another role's functions or data
- Probing, scraping, or attacking the service (including brute-force login)
- Uploading or injecting malicious content
- Using the portal for personal marketing or unrelated commercial activity
- Exporting or disclosing other members' personal or financial data without authority
Enforcement
Violations may result in immediate session termination, account deactivation, audit review, and referral under the collective's discipline rules or applicable law.
