This portal uses essential security cookies only so you can sign in and stay signed in safely. We do not use advertising, social media, or third-party analytics cookies.
What we set
- Supabase authentication cookies: maintain your secure session with the identity provider (HttpOnly where issued by the provider; transmitted over HTTPS in production).
- NBOOG session meta cookie (
__Host-nboog_session_metain production): HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax, Path=/. Enforces absolute session lifetime by role (administrators shorter; members longer). Not readable by JavaScript.
Legal basis
Essential cookies are required to perform the membership / officer login service you request and to keep the portal secure. Under Uganda DPPA principles and EU ePrivacy/GDPR practice for strictly necessary cookies, these do not require a separate marketing-style consent. Optional cookies would require prior opt-in; we simply do not set any.
Your choices (opt-out)
- Accept essential only: allows sign-in cookies. Recommended if you use the portal.
- Reject optional: shows a confirmation that your refusal is saved. This site does not set advertising cookies, so nothing else turns off. If you are already signed in, you stay signed in (correct).
- Refuse essential cookies:ends your session immediately and replaces the sign-in form with "Sign-in blocked" until you accept essential cookies again.
Your choice is stored in this browser and kept when you reload. Reloading does not ask again unless you clear site data. If you refused essential cookies, sign-in stays paused until you accept them. That is intentional.
