Agreement
By signing in to the NBOOG Collective Welfare portal you agree to use it only for authorised membership and committee purposes, and to follow the collective's constitution, bylaws, and these terms.
Accounts
Login credentials are personal. Do not share passwords. Temporary passwords emailed for onboarding or recovery must be changed promptly. The committee may revoke access when a member is deactivated or an officer role ends.
Records and accuracy
Ledger entries, attendance, and loan records are the operational books of the collective. Members should review their portal statement and report errors promptly through the Treasurer or General Secretary. Corrections follow controlled workflows; do not attempt to bypass controls.
Loans and guarantees
Loan applications, approvals, agreements, and guarantor commitments create obligations under the collective's rules. Generated PDF agreements are records of those commitments. Read them carefully before accepting.
Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance or provider outages may occur. Critical transactions should be confirmed with officers when systems are unavailable.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Ugandan law, NBOOG and its officers are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised sharing of your credentials, use of a compromised device, or reliance on the portal without verifying critical amounts with officers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance for portal access; material membership-rule changes still follow the collective's governance process.
